Joint Canada China Foundry Ownership
Having joint ownership in our Chinese foundries allows Penticton Foundry to protect the customer’s ideas and patterns. Individualized service is provided at every stage of the process from development through production to delivery. Quality, consistency, and timely delivery are ensured. Process completion is streamlined through finishing services such as CNC machining. Our sister foundries in China are capable of producing castings from a few ounces up to 30,000 lbs.
Wide Range of Alloys and Casting Processes
Penticton Foundry currently supplies a variety of alloys using a wide variety of casting and moulding processes. Overall, the organization and it’s partners supply over 3,000 different products including truck tractor & lifting equipment parts, valve and pump components, agricultural equipment, mining machinery, oil and gas components, abrasion resistant wear parts and more.
China Trading Division
In addition to our joint ventures we also have a trading division that is currently working with more than 40 foundries and factories in China. These companies are audited by Penticton Foundry and can supply fabrications, plastic, rubber and cast product(s) that our joint venture facilities cannot provide. Penticton Foundry has established complete systems of communication, product development, quality control, and the logistics for exporting goods from China.
Sourcing products from the Chinese foundries results in significant savings on both parts and materials. Penticton Foundry passes our saving to our customers to make customer products more competitive.
