At Penticton Foundry, we establish a close working relationship between our head pattern maker and your designers & engineers to ensure defect-free production of a finished casting that meets and exceeds your requirements. With Computer Aided Design, our expert pattern maker will work from your blueprints or CAD files to transform your designs into reality. No design is too complex. This is the most important first step in the production of your final castings.

Our experienced pattern making team utilize a number of materials (wood, plastics and metal), and highly precise CNC technology to construct your patterns and core boxes. Careful consideration is given to constructing a pattern using materials that will meet your needs, now and in the future, maximizing your pattern investment. In some cases, full size mock-ups of the finished castings are made to ensure accurate fit, avoiding delays in the production process.
