We've been producing ductile iron castings, gray iron castings, and high chrome white iron castings for clients across North America from our foundry in Penticton, British Columbia, Canada since 1935.

Penticton Foundry is a full service foundry. Services include complete on-site CAD design and pattern making facilities; Pouring casting at Penticton Foundry quality controlled alloy composition; precision casting; fine finishing; through shipping service and export documentation.

Through our partnership with China foundries we can now offer significant savings on some castings while maintaining out high levels of service and satisfaction.

Penticton Foundry customer realizes 17 times cost savings

Precision casting, production capacity, and an understanding of our customers' needs are a few of the reasons that our customers are satisfied with our service and products.

"Based on recent UT measurements and hour tracking, I estimate the white
iron cyclones will last for about 12,000 hours. The previous estimate was 6000 hours but now that we have more data, the results look even better.

If the cyclones do in fact last for 12,000 hours, then the cost savings from changing the cyclones to white iron will be about 17 times which has resulted in a significant materials savings in Plant 86.
