Who You Are

You’re a hands-on, foundry professional who prides themselves on getting moulds right the first time. You understand that good castings start with good moulds, and you don’t shy away from diagnosing issues, adjusting processes, and helping the team succeed.

You’re comfortable working independently, but you’re also a team player who looks out for quality, safety, and production flow. What sets you apart is your problem-solving mindset — when something isn’t right, you investigate, adapt, and fix it.

You value craftsmanship, consistency, and working in a foundry that cares about doing things properly.
