The Penticton Foundry creates custom castings for original equipment manufacturers and wear/abrasion resistance. We pride ourselves on our controlled manufacturing process that yields high quality castings for markets such as fracking, mining and the Alberta Oil Sands. With our expertise in the conversion of fabrications to castings, a mould size of up to 12' x 12' and a wide weight range of 10 lbs to 10,000 lbs, the Penticton Foundry has grown its business to be a key provider of made to order castings in North America.
We offer attractive lead times for prototype castings in both ductile iron and high chrome white iron and a quick turn around on quotes for projects of any size.
We believe in our manufacturing process, our people and the quality of our work. We know how important it is to have a close working relationship between our head pattern maker and your designers and engineers. With Computer Aided Design, our expert pattern makers will work from your blueprints or CAD files to transform your designs into reality. No design is too complex and in some cases, full size mock-ups of the finished castings are made to ensure accurate fit, avoiding delays in the production process. At the end of the day, we’ll go the extra mile to make sure you have a default free casting that performs up to your expectations for wear and durability.
