You’ll create, maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, and expenditures. This will involve working closely with our Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, time frames and budgetary requirements.
Your top-notch communication skills will be critical to your success in this role. You’ll liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scopes and objectives. You’ll act as a point of contact for sub suppliers and contractors to ensure that their scope of the project is completed on schedule and to standard. You’ll organize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings, communicating project status to all participants.
Tracking and Quality Control
You’ll read and understand customer specifications and drawings. You’ll ensure that standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance test requirements. Your ability to complete timely and accurate reporting on the planning and realization of the project will be an asset. Specifically, you’ll create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports, and will be responsible for submitting required documents to customers.
You pick up new software quickly. You’ll develop a strong, working knowledge of Microsoft Project, and you have experience working with other Microsoft Office products including Excel and Outlook.
- The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast paced, customer service driven, team environment
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and changes with professionalism
- Willingness to travel on short, domestic business trips as required
- Experience with MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Project
