Receiving and Tracking
You’ll accept and accurately record the movement of products, parts, supplies, materials and equipment to and from suppliers and customers according to purchase orders and customer orders. Specifically, you’ll inspect, record and verify incoming goods against invoices, purchase orders or other documents, record shortages and reject damaged or incorrect goods. You’ll enter log tracking, provide serial number administration and manage transportation portals as required. You’ll maintain internal record-keeping systems in paper and electronic form.
You’ll determine the method of shipment and prepare shipping documents as required. You’ll prepare packing slips, label stickers and customs documents as required by international trade agreements.
You’ll provide delivery contact support to customers and aid them with all parts-related inquiries.
You’ll maintain the accuracy of the finished goods inventory and internal and external warehouses. You’ll coordinate product cycle counts, enter production transactions and verify accuracy of physical inventory as necessary.
